Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind right after placing an order? We understand, and we are here to help. You have a clear 2-hour window to request a cancellation. This page explains our process so there are no surprises.

Because we begin preparing orders quickly, once processing starts, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, but we will always do our best to assist.

1. Your Cancellation Window

2. When Processing Begins

Orders typically move to processing within 1-1 business days. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you can still return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order.
  2. Use the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  3. Include your order number, full name, shipping address, and the reason for the request.
  4. Please send the request from the same email used at checkout for faster verification.

4. Refund Method and Timing

For approved cancellations, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, plus an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
