How to Track
Once your package is dispatched, we provide multiple ways for you to stay updated on its delivery status:
- Email Link: Click the tracking link sent to your shipping confirmation email.
- Carrier Portal: Copy your tracking number and paste it into the official website of the carrier.
- Account Dashboard: Log in to your Poopooloo account to view full order history.
Updates & Syncing
Please note that it typically takes 24–72 hours for tracking information to populate. If you do not see immediate updates, your package is likely being processed through initial sorting facilities.
Order Status Definitions
| Current Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Processing | Your order is being picked and packed. |
| Shipped | Your package has left our fulfillment center. |
| In Transit | Moving through the carrier network. |
| Delivered | Your Poopooloo order has arrived at your address. |
